I ended up getting this for $13.00 because I had a $25.00 coupon, but even for the full price of $39.95 it would have been a worth while investment. I work from home and needed both an answering machine and a speaker phone that didn't sound like tunnel-talk with mute capabilities. I got that and more, GREAT BUY.
Directions are very clear. Easy to access messages remotely. Messages are a bit fuzzy when accessed remotely, but it acceptable. I would recommend this phone.
I bought this phone which works great now that I have a working battery for it. It was shipped to me from Antonline with a battery that didn't work. When I tried to exchange it for a new one they were extremely uncooperative and said that I would have to return the item (possibly be subjected to a restocking fee) and place the order again. Instead I found a replacement battery and bought that-phone works great now.
This phone arrived promptly and the quality seems good. The only feature I miss from earlier models is the beep to let you know a message is waiting to be answered.
I told the rep that all I needed was a battery for the phone. I charged it for 24 hours and the phone was not working. I received the phone and after putting it together. But he said that I need to return the phone. I called ATT and they said to call Ebay. I called Ebay and was given a reference number and to return the phone. I was able to order the battery from another website for $5.99. After getting the battery the phone has been working ok.
